Go to our machine, and place your Fill Drinks bottle with the RFID tag linked to your subcription directly on the black RFID reader and pour away. (Give the hands free mode a try by scanning the QR code at the top left of the machine's screen!)

Yes! To prevent abuse, we have placed a 5 minute timer between pours. This means that once you've filled up, you will not be able to get a refill until 5 minutes has passed.
Yes! All you have to do is sign into your account on our website and click "manage". From there you'll click cancel and then you will be prompted to fill out a survey letting us know your reason for cancelling and where we can improve and then you're set!
No. You can also purchase a single use ticket from the vending machine at the Refill Station in the Atwood Innovation Plaza.
